Data Privacy Notice

PUC needs to collect and retain certain types of data, in various formats, about relevant individuals (such as students, employees, parents/relatives of students, potential students, former students, donors, 和财政赞助者)来履行教育提供者的职能. 本政策概述了收集这些信息的目的以及学院处理这些数据的做法.

Data Content

Data Purposes

• Maintaining employment records
• Maintaining financial records
• Monitoring student academic progress
• Conducting institutional assessment and research

• Managing college residences and properties

Data Processing and Disclosures

Student’s Rights

Procedure for Inspecting Education Records

The Procedure for Requesting Amendment of Records

如果学生认为其教育记录中包含不准确的信息，可以要求学校修改其教育记录, misleading information, or is in violation of their right to privacy.  PUC将:1)在合理的时间内修改记录, 或者2)通知学生其不更改记录的决定，并告知学生他们有权举行听证会来质疑该决定.
